Return Window
Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In their original condition
With all original tags and hygienic liners attached
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or altered cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
